Partnerfy in 2027: more than 500 active partners, Italy and Spain
Writing down our 2027 goals. We will grow our active partner network from 110+ to more than 500, increase our business volume with the new year, and add Italy and Spain to our office network.

We founded Partnerfy at the end of 2024. Today we are a team of 75 in Sakarya, Karlsruhe, Moscow and Dublin. 2025 was the year of setting up; in 2026 things settled. 2027 I am defining from the start as the year of scale. I want to write our goals down openly; at the end of the year we will come back and look at this page.
Three goals
1. Partner network: from 110+ to 500+. Our partners are at the heart of our business model: agencies and consultancies that want to offer software and marketing services to their own clients. Today we work with more than 110 active partners. By the end of 2027 we want to exceed 500. A partner sells the project under its own brand and hands production to us; end-to-end development, 24/7 monitoring and maintenance stay with us. For me the partner network is not a sales channel, it is an ecosystem. When an agency can tell its client "we'll do the software too", that client is no longer stuck in between — marketing and software sit at the same table. In 2027 we are opening that table to 500 partners.
2. Business volume. With the new year we plan to increase our business volume markedly, especially in the enterprise segment — companies with more than 300 employees. The goal is not more projects with the same team, but bigger and longer-running projects with a growing one.
3. New offices: Italy and Spain. In 2027 we are adding Italy and Spain to an office network that today covers Türkiye, Germany, Russia and Ireland. That gives us on-site teams in southern Europe as well. I see both countries as the European leg of the partner table.
Discipline
I like growth, but in the ifeelcode years I saw what fast growth costs. This time every new office and every new partner will open to the same engineering standard: incident response under four minutes, auditable processes, one point of contact. We will not lower the standard while raising the numbers; that is the real test of 2027.
I will come back to this post at the end of the year. What held and what didn't — I will write it as it is.
